Where are you?? I am a Stotesbery from west central Minnesota who descends from those in eastern Minnesota who came there from Canada and to Canada from Ireland. But we can't find anything more. Where in Ireland? And why is our name English if we come from Ireland? I just stumbled across this Stotesbury-Leeson info today. The Stotesbury who left Ireland for Canada was William and he was married to a woman also from Ireland. Can't remember her name right this minute and all my paperwork is elsewhere in the house. Please answer!
